A Lenexa company that has been supplying warehouses and manufacturers for more than 50 years has sold.

Wisconsin-based All States Ag Parts LLC purchased Arrow Acquisition LLC, according to a release. Arrow Acquisition is the holding company for Arrow Material Handling Products and OE Attachments. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Arrow was founded in 1969 in Kansas City's Blue Valley Industrial Valley, specializing in the sale of parts and attachments for forklifts. It has grown, both in size and in the scope of business. The company now offers parts and attachments for skid steers, loaders, telehandlers, excavators and tractors, from its base in Lenexa and distribution centers in Houston; Norfolk, Virginia; and Corona, California.

OE Attachments, also based in Lenexa, manufacturers forklift parts and attachments.

All States Ag Parts, or ASAP, is a portfolio company of Kinderhook Industries LLC, a New York private investment company that concentrates on middle-market companies. ASAP's acquisition of Arrow is its 15th since partnering with Kinderhook. With the deal, ASAP has 42 locations in North America, according to a release.

Managers of Arrow, including CEO Terry Melvin, will remain with the company after the deal.

Arrow is a portfolio company of Overland Park-based PE company Konza Valley Capital Inc. Konza ranks No. 10 on the Kansas City Business Journal's list of area venture capital and private equity firms, based on $85 million in capital under management locally.
